"Peter Lorre's Deja Vu About Being A Twin" is the last of the paintings completed in the 1990's. The discovery of Peter Lorre looking straight out of the canvas was only topped by the discovery of the final piece of the compositional puzzle. As were the rest of the paintings in the 1990's, this canvas began solid black. The last section of black, mostly untouched and seen as negative space since the outset, suddenly popped into a Goddess figure. The only brushwork done to further the image was the addition of a hand and the enhancement of the eye, nose and mouth.
