The Scream

"The Scream" is not a watercolor, it is a pastel but this seemed like the best place to put it! The painting was created in less than five minutes and was a burst of expression that erupted after the completion of a project that lasted many months. The image that emerged didn't do so until the end of the outburst was near. This was a very satisfying work and is still a favorite today.
