TIME

Its useless to wonder, how it might have been,
If I'm to live for today.
But sometimes I remember, the times I should forget,
And I well up inside.

Time is a lonely man's enemy,
When he lives in the past.
But time should be lonely man's company,
For it can take away the pain.

Well I'm stuck here in the damn fog, all vision is lost,
I can't see you no more.
My chest cries it's empty, the tears just won't flow,
I can't feel you no more.

Time is a lonely man's enemy,
When he lives in the past.
But time should be lonely man's company,
For it can take away the pain.

Does anybody here really know, all of us know.

Drawn closer to hopeful, by the artist inside,
Still I try to hide.
There's no sound quite like sadness, you can tell by the tone,
But I just can't leave home.

My heart's my home,
And I gotta keep my house warm,
My heart's my home,
And I gotta keep my house warm.

Does anybody here really know, that all of us know.

Our heart's our home,
And we gotta keep our house warm, yes
Our heart's our home,
And we gotta keep our house warm.

Does anybody here really know, that all of us know.

All of us know.
